How long we keep information
The Charity shall archive the data relating to persons who have had no contact with the charity for one year. If there is still no contact six years after, this data should be removed/disposed of.
When personal data is deleted, this should be done so that the data is irrecoverable. In the case that data is in paper form this shall be shredded and locked away until it can be disposed of in the recycling bin on the day of collection.
